Russell Dickerson serenaded a newlywed couple in the crowd at one of his recent concerts.
The “Happen To Me” hitmaker shared a clip of the moment he spoke with the bride and groom, who said they went to the show straight from their wedding. The whole wedding party tagged along in the audience. Dickerson says in the video: “You got married today? Oh my gosh. And you came straight here? …They brought the whole freaking wedding party. did you already have your first dance? Can we do another one?”
The newlyweds danced together as Dickerson performed “Yours,” the romantic ballad he released on his 12-track record by the same title in 2017. That album also included “Every Little Thing,” “Blue Tacoma,” a wedding version of “Yours” and more.

“Straight from the altar to the RD party...WE LOVE TO SEE IT!!!!” Dickerson wrote in his caption. He added in a comment, “IF YOU’RE NOT MAKING MEMORIES WHAT U EVEN DOING?!?!?” The singer-songwriter’s wife, Kailey Dickerson, gushed over the “legendary” moment. Watch it here:
