Scottsdale, Arizona is receiving high marks for how it treats four-legged friends. A new WalletHub study out this week ranked the Phoenix suburb as the most pet-friendly city in the U.S.
Tampa and St Petersburg follow in 2nd and 3rd place.
It used a number of metrics to come up with the rankings, including pet health and wellness, and pet budget.
Miami comes in 20th place, Hialeah 48th, Jacksonville at 51.
In 2022, pet ownership cost Americans $136.8 billion, according to the American Pet Products Association.
