My Boston Bucket List Part 1

It's not like I'm totally foreign to the 617, but now that I have a residency here I have so much more time for activities!

Of course I've done the basics... the aquarium, a concert at Fenway, Phantom Gourmet Food Fest, the Southie St. Patty's Parade, Boston Science Museum, canoli's in the North End, Fanueil, Freedom Trail, Harpoon Brewery, Red Sox games, Celtics Games, and Patriots games.

But there's so much more I want to do/see! I'm an experience person so generally speaking I'm always down to try something once. Feel free to help me add to my list.

#1 - Find a gym!!! - Working out is necessary to my mental well being and I do like to lift. I'm debating a Cross Fit gym or perhaps Boston Sports Club so I can get the equipment and Cycling classes!

#2 - Find the best taco joint! - Tacos are complete meals rolled into a delicious corn tortilla that I can eat any day of the week! I could live on a taco diet and be happy! The ideal spot will have bomb ass chorizo & fish tacos plus delicious margaritas!

#3 - The Boston Science Museum - I remember going in the 6th grade on a field trip. We got to sit in the Omni Theatre to watch a movie about avalanches... I SCREAMED SO LOUD! It felt so real and I thought I was getting buried! I need to have a more relaxing experience!

#4 - I need to find some good hiking/adventure spots! I'm used to Western Mass and having trees and trails in my backyard. Roxy (my dog) and I have to get some fresh air with great views. I've heard Blue Hills is a great spot to hit up, but I need more! Suggestions please! Or hey ... I heard REI can set you up in adventure groups... anyone dabble with these?

#5 - North End - Yes I've had a cannoli from Mike's and tis delicious, but I can't actually remember enjoying an Italian meal in the North End. Best spots please?

#6 - Santa Speedo Run - :-) I recollect seeing this a few years back while I was shopping at the Pru with my sister. I laughed at a bunch of dudes rocking santa hats, red speedos, and ginormous candy canes and thought to myself... self that looks life fun! This year it's December 8th in the Back Bay. $30 to register with proceeds to Boston Middle School Sports. I think I'm wrangling Colton into this too :-)

#7 - I've NEVER been to a Bruins game! Hockey is the most enjoyable sport for me to watch on TV, but I've never seen the Bruins close enough to smell the ice. Rectifying the situation soon!
