Runaway Juneâs lead singer, Stevie Woodward, married fiancé Jordan Howell in a stunning ceremony this month in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
Woodwardâs Runaway June bandmates, Natalie Stovall and Jennifer Wayne, shared a few photos of the newlyweds on the groupâs Instagram account on Wednesday (October 29). Runaway June exclaimed in the caption: âWhat an amazing love story!!!! Congratulations Stevie on your happily ever after đâ
Woodward has previously shared photos on Instagram by Sayulita and Kelowna Wedding Photo & Video. The Nashville, Tennessee-based bride and groom traveled to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where family and close friends gathered for the intimate ceremony. Woodward spoke about her wedding in a recent conversation with her bandmates and Morgan from The Bobby Bones Show. Morgan asked the Runaway June star what sheâs learned about herself, her fiancĂ©, the wedding planning process and more.
âIâm incredibly low maintenance in a way thatâs almost detrimental to my family wanting to celebrate me,â Woodward said at that time. âI donât want a shower. I donât â I mean, I just, the whole wedding thing, Iâm trying to make it as small as possible. And my fiancĂ©âs name is Jordan and heâs just been so great if I ever need help with him. âŠI want to control this, I want to make it exactly how I want it to be with, you know, certain things here and there. so heâs just been really good about, âyou tell me when you need me and Iâll be there,â but as far as the wedding planning process has gone, itâs been very easy, so Iâm â I just didnât want to stress myself out. But Iâm also a people pleaser, so I know if I had this ginormous wedding, Iâd be like, âis everybody having fun? are you guys good?â instead of enjoying [the wedding]. So weâre doing something really small, and itâll be really nice.â
Woodward and Howell got engaged on December 21, 2024. She told PEOPLE at the time that when he proposed, Howell âhad candles and rose petals all over the house lined up and he had my favorite song âWhen You Say Nothing at Allâ playing. It was an intimate moment, very private and romantic. It was perfect.â
