Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd says a guy went "McNuts" after a McDonald's employee forgot his McNuggets in a $5 Meal Deal.
When deputies confronted 18-year-old Dayton Schaffer of Lakeland, he says it was a joke, and he did not have any intentions of shooting anyone.
Schaffer was arrested, charged with using a two-way communication device to commit a felony and false report of a bomb or weapon of mass destruction.
