Rafael Strengthens - Now a Hurricane In The Caribbean

(Undated) -- Forecasters say Rafael has strengthened into a Hurricane as it swirls across the Caribbean. Rafael is now the eleventh hurricane of the 2024 season. The storm is expected to keep growing before it makes landfall in Cuba on Wednesday. The National Hurricane Center says the Lower and Middle Florida Keys could experience tropical storm conditions beginning late Wednesday or Wednesday night.
