Sam Hunt revealed the name and sex of his newborn baby after he recently posted a photo with his wife, Hannah Lee Fowler, firstborn child and Baby No. 2.
The country star confirmed that Baby No. 2 is a boy, a son named Lowry Lee, a rep confirmed to PEOPLE on Friday (December 1). Lowry Lee, whose name is a combination of his parents’ middle names (Hunt’s middle name is Lowry and Fowler’s middle name is Lee), was born on Tuesday, October 24.
Hunt shared a sweet family photo on Instagram on the morning of Friday, November 24. He didn’t share details about his newborn baby at that time, including name and birthdate. He simply captioned the photo of the family of four: “Thank You Lord.” Lowry Lee joins big sister Lucy Louise. Hunt and Fowler welcomed their firstborn child in May 2022. Hunt revealed that Lucy Louise had been born “a couple of weeks ago” during a performance on June 7, 2022 at the historic Ryman Auditorium in Downtown Nashville, Tennessee. Hunt announced earlier this year, during his two-night run at Resorts World Theater in Las Vegas, that he and his wife were expecting Baby No. 2.
Hunt previously shard that fatherhood has “drastically” changed his life, and he’s “experiencing (little things) in a whole new way.”
