The University of South Florida Board of Trustees is staying close to home with its choice for the university's 8th president. Board members have selected Rhea Law, who has served as interim president for the past 7 months.
The 72-year-old Law is a USF alumnus, and is one of the founding members of the Board of Trustees.
The Florida Board of Governors will still need to confirm the selection.
