A clip of Molly Yeh on Food Network's "Girl Meets Farm" has gone viral where Molly is making "popcorn salad." So back to the question "what the hell is this," well, it's exactly what it sounds like. It's popcorn, it's lettuce, and it's mayonnaise.
Soooo... does this sound really disgusting? Or is it the greatest thing ever? I have mixed feelings on what I think it would taste like, but without actually tasting it, I don't know. If you've ever tried it, lemme know. Would love to hear your thoughts!
