Alcohol-To-Go Becomes Florida Law

Floridians can continue purchasing alcoholic drinks with take-out meals.

It started as an Executive Order ... now alcohol to go is officially legal in Florida.

Governor DeSantis signing the legislation today which helped restaurants maintain a customer base during the pandemic.

The drinks are required to be placed in secured containers and placed in locked compartments, trunks or areas behind the vehicle's last row of seats.
